Design Process
At John Waters of Ware the design procedure begins with a visit to your home to discuss your project requirements.
We take great pride in being able to create an image in our customers mind even before any drawings are created and always leave that first visit confident of our clients requirements.
A quotation will then be supplied with some initial sketches illustrating a design. Once the price and design is agreed we will then schedule a second visit to finalise the design and supply more detailed drawings.
We are able and only too pleased to work with all kinds of materials to create your chosen look. Whether it be a coloured finish in the way of hand painted or sprayed, a solid timber of your choice or a veneered timber finish, we go to great lengths to bring out the best of the materials available to us.
We are more than happy to advise on the choice of hardware such as handles and hinges and enjoy working together with our client to create the finest combination of materials, fixtures and fittings to create a beautiful look and sensible working design. During fabrication in the workshop we will contact our client to arrange a delivery or installation date. Every effort will be made to carry out as much work as possible in the workshop so as to minimize the amount of work carried out in our clients home.
Each project becomes as personal to us as it is to our clients and you will see the same faces right through from design to installation.
